Functional Training

 Functional Training-Functional training trains the body in practical and functional movement patterns used in YOUR everyday life, sports specific activities or job related activities. This style of training involves balance, strength, core stabilization and dynamic flexibility. You will perform exercises involving all seven of the Primal Pattern™ movements: Squat, Lunge, Bend, Pull, Push, Twist and Gait. I recommend functional training to everyone and anyone.
