I have had several workouts with Kurt. It consisted of a total body workout including core, strength, cardio, and balance. It lasted about an hour. What I liked about it was that he varied the exercises but the focus was the same so you work the entire body but because it was different every time it didn't get boring.

Kurt is a fantastic instructor. I feel like he draws from all aspects of his diverse fitness background and expertise to really construct the best workout for me, that day. I have worked with him for almost four years now, and I really do have to thank him for a marked improvement in my overall strength and lack of injury! Aside from all that, I really do have a great time in my workouts - we're laughing the whole way through.

I've worked with Kurt twice weekly for over two years. He has a profound knowledge of anatomy and is keenly interested in providing training that develops all muscle groups, not just for strength but also for balance. His stretching routines have markedly increased my flexibility as well. I give him nothing but praise!

Kurt was my personal trainer in NYC from 2009-2013. The experience of working out with him was exceptional. He is patient, personable, flexible, very motivating, extremely well trained, and skilled. I highly recommend Kurt. The sessions were always fun, due to Kurt's great sense of humor, and passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals.  Since he has moved from NYC we now do our sessions on Skype.
