Are you pregnant or are you planning a pregnancy? Did you just have a baby and want to get back into shape? I have worked with many pre and post natal clients and have helped them achieve their goals. Contrary to what you may think, you can do most exercises up to 20 weeks during pregnancy AND you can still do specific exercises up to your due date. I will develop a safe and effective program for you that will not only allow you to stay in shape, but it will also help prepare your body for childbirth. If you have already given birth I can help you strengthen your pelvic floor and abdominal muscles that are often stretched and weak due to pregnancy and childbirth. I will also help you strengthen your postural muscles in the upper back and shoulder girdle which often round forward and become weak and kyphotic due to breast feeding. Doctor's clearance is required before starting this program.
